What to include in your listing
Use the project’s name and a plain-language tagline that explains what it does. In the description, tell readers who it is for, which problem it solves, and how to get started. Include a concrete usage example where possible. Explain any account, installation, or platform requirements so visitors can decide whether it fits their workflow.
Add relevant tags and the technologies the project actually uses. Link to the official website, source repository, or project account so readers can check documentation and current availability. If pricing, licensing, or access is limited, describe that accurately instead of implying the tool is free or open source. A logo is optional.
