Last updated June 24, 2026

Global scope

These terms are intended to apply worldwide to your use of MakerRelay. Local consumer, privacy, and other mandatory laws may give you rights that these terms do not limit.

Using MakerRelay

MakerRelay is a directory for discovering and promoting apps, tools, projects, repositories, and other products people want to share. You are responsible for your use of the service and for complying with laws that apply to you.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Do not use MakerRelay if you are below the minimum age required to use online services in your location.

Submitted listings

  • Submit only listings, links, and profile information you have the right to share.
  • Keep listing information accurate and avoid misleading claims.
  • MakerRelay may remove or limit content that appears abusive, spammy, unsafe, illegal, or unrelated to the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you give MakerRelay a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, display, format, distribute, and use that content only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.

Acceptable use

  • Do not submit spam, malware, deceptive content, unlawful content, private information you are not allowed to share, or content that infringes another person's rights.
  • Do not scrape, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security or access controls except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to do so.
  • Do not use MakerRelay in violation of sanctions or export control rules that apply to you or to the service.

Third-party services

Listings may link to third-party websites, repositories, demos, docs, social profiles, or APIs. MakerRelay is not responsible for third-party services, content, licenses, privacy practices, security, or availability.

GitHub data

MakerRelay may display public GitHub repository metadata and trend signals. GitHub remains a separate third-party service, and your use of GitHub is governed by GitHub's own policies, including the GitHub Terms of Service.

Changes and availability

MakerRelay may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may also suspend or remove accounts or content when needed to protect the service, users, or third parties.

Disclaimers

MakerRelay is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee that listings, GitHub trend data, recommendations, or third-party links are complete, accurate, safe, legal, continuously available, or fit for your specific purpose.

No professional advice

MakerRelay may list apps, tools, products, projects, or repositories related to regulated fields, but the service does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MakerRelay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Updates

We may update these terms by posting a newer version on this page. Your continued use of MakerRelay after an update means you accept the updated terms where permitted by applicable law.
