Customermates is an open-core CRM for small B2B teams. It manages contacts, organizations, deals, services and pipelines, and lets compatible external AI clients work with CRM records through native MCP access, subject to authentication and user permissions.
The Starter CRM core can be self-hosted with Docker Compose and PostgreSQL. REST, webhooks and a separate n8n community integration support customer-run workflows. Self-hosting excludes the hosted unified inbox and Mate assistant. Managed Cloud is also available.
First-party code outside ee/ is AGPL-3.0-only. Commercial server components have separate terms; the Community Build includes limited commercial support components. See the repository licenses for full terms.
